About Diane

Welcome to SeeDiFly and thank you for taking the time to get to know the blog, and me.

My name is Diane Clement and the purpose of this blog is to inspire.  I've live an adventurous life and my experiences have allowed me to approach situation and opportunities with a broadened perspective.  I am an international teacher and have lived abroad for the past 12 (minus one) years.  Teaching has taken me to Japan, Thailand (where I worked on my Divemaster licence), Colombia, Brazil, and I am currently living in Mexico.

This year I started to pursue my Baptiste Yoga Instructors certification and I have begun combining Yoga and Coaching to create a dynamic community in the school where I work.

My other passion, and it's a HUGE one, is triathlon.  After near drowning and the acquisition of a new fear (open water) I have made my way back to the sport and the love is greater than ever.  I completed my first Ironman in Cozumel back in November, 2011 Ironman Brazil in May, 2012, and Los Cabos in March, 2013.

This blog contains my ideas and insights regarding a wide variety of topics.

Thanks for popping by!
